		<description><![CDATA[So you want to get a body like Georges St-Pierre?  It's not as difficult as you might think as long as you know what to do and are willing to put in the work. You'd be laughed out of the gym in most cases if you told somebody that you were going to get cut and chiseled like an MMA fighter in only 2 days a week.  Yet, for the most part this is true.  Granted this applies in the sense that it's only 2 weight workouts per week.
