A Review Of Skull Crushers To Tone Up Female Arms
I have decided to evaluate every arm exercise that has the potential to tone up the female arm. Why? So that you don’t have to go through the same mind-numbing research.
Why am I doing this? Because it takes a long time to sift through all the information out there. Too much time if you want to get toned arms ASAP.
The main issue here is the sheer quantity of information. Some of which will set you back many steps. And how are you supposed to decipher which information is good and which is bad???
Don’t worry, I have you covered. I have already spent a large portion of my career gathering the facts. Thus, here is a review of skull crushers (aka lying triceps extensions) to tone up female arms:
1. Snap shot. Lots of people in gyms around the world do this exercise. And for good reason-it works. But there is one thing that most fitness buffs overlook: elbow strain.
2. Technique quick-start. Find a stable bench. Grasp an ez-bar and lie down. Keep your arms parallel to each other and perpendicular to the floor. While keeping your elbows locked in place slowly lower the bar to your forehead. Return it to the starting position.
3. High frequency errors. Not keeping the back straight which can cause serious issues over time. Not keeping the elbows frozen in place. And trying to push through the exercise after the triceps have completely fatigued. This is what can cause massive elbow strain.
4. Final word: This is an outstanding arm exercise for women. However, it’s not for everybody. Test it out and see how your elbows feel. Also, make sure you use perfect form here. And if you want to go heavy, make sure you have a partner to assist you.
Too many women are doing useless exercises in an effort to tone up their arms. Why? There is simply too much misguided information out there. So make sure you don’t waste your time doing exercises that aren’t going to get you anywhere. Start off with the effective ones and see how your body reacts to them. Good luck!
An Analysis Of Push Downs With A Reverse Grip For Women
Many highly visible women have recently been sporting very defined arms. Michelle Obama and Madonna immediately come to mind, among many others. How do they do it?
In fact, knowing which exercises are effective and which are not is just as important as eating right. Unfortunately, most women are absolutely confused about which exercises are best.
And most women don’t know which exercises are good and which are bad. There is simply way to much misinformation out there for you to sift through. Luckily, I’ve already done all the sifting for you!
So without further ado, here is my analysis of push downs with a reverse grip for women:
1. General description: Not too many women do this exercise. Why? Because an underhand grip isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world. In fact, when done incorrectly it can be very painful. This exercise works the inside portion of your arm.
2. Technique snap shot: Find a machine, grasp a bar with an underhand grip and keep your elbows locked to your sides. Keep your abs tight and press the bar down. Then slowly let it up after it has reached the bottom.
3. High frequency mistakes. Gripping the bar with a vice-like grip which can cause severe wrist pain. Letting the weight of the body shift from the heel to the ball of the foot. Heave hoeing the bar up and down. And allowing the upper body to hunch.
4. Final word. Since you can’t use heavy weights here, this exercise is not recommended. The best exercises are the ones in which you can increase the load substantially for the fastest arm toning. And this exercise doesn’t make the cut.
Don’t be discouraged by all the information out there. They key is to take action on the right information very quickly. This is called speed of implementation. And the most successful people have the highest speeds of implementation. If you want sexy and toned arms, and if you want to get rid of arm fat, stick to basic exercises that allow you to use heavy weights!
7 Skinny Secrets To A Svelte You
Skinny people intrigue everyone. What has it taken them to get that figure, or is it simply the result of lucky jeans? Er, I mean genes People wonder if the skinny just got lucky or if they have to work really hard to stay thin.
It might be, then again, it might not
Those who are really thin likely work really hard to stay thin. These are the folks who watch every single calorie that crosses their hips and eat rabbit food with no dressing.
Fortunately, there is another group of folks who make skinny look like a cakewalk.
Naturally thin people have many traits in common that help to maintain their thin figures. After interviewing hundreds of naturally skinny folks over the course of 14 years, I’ve come up with seven skinny secrets they have in common. You might be able to identify with some of them and you also might be able to make a few slight shifts that would help you to become naturally thin too.
1. Thin is the thinking of the day with thin people. They KNOW they will be thin forever. They never talk about being fat, or not having enough to eat. They tell themselves thin stuff and their reaction to circumstances is different. They don’t use food to placate themselves if something unpleasant happens or go on an eating binge when procrastinating. They don’t see food as anything more than as fuel for their bodies. They may enjoy it, but that is all there is to it.
2. Thin people don’t diet. True Fact. Dieting would never enter the thoughts of these naturally thin adults. You ask Why?, because they have never had to and have never thought of themselves as anything but thin. If during my research I asked a thin person if they were concerned about becoming heavy and their response invariably was No! When I pressed them, they said, because I’ve never been overweight.
3. Never mix emotions and food. If a thin person is sad, they go cry or talk to someone. If they become angry about something, they do something to relieve that stress like working out or punching their pillows. They just don’t confuse emotions and eating because it makes no sense to them. The only time they think about food is when they become hungry – not because they are upset or sad. When upset or sad, they deal with those emotions. When they are hungry, only then is when they eat. They commonly deal with emotions in an emotional way.
4. The naturally thin can be social without eating. If the thin are invited to a bbq and they aren’t hungry, they have no problem standing around not eating. If and when they get hungry, they will gladly grab a dog or burger, but not until then. They go to a bbq to enjoy the company of friends and family. Grazing for the simple act of grazing is not an option.
5. Naturally thin people eat what they love. They would never think of eating celery sticks unless they were craving celery sticks. And when they are hungry, they eat food they crave. They never deprive themselves of something by saying no, I can’t have that. They know they can eat anything they want when they are hungry. They don’t say no to any food unless they are sensitive or allergic to specific foods.
6. Naturally thin people never eat just for the sake of eating or to numb themselves. They are conscious of the effect what they eat have on their bodies. They probably wouldn’t be found at the movies with their hand at the bottom of the empty bucket of popcorn looking around for who ate it all. Naturally thin people pay attention to how hungry or full they are from the time they begin eating until they have finished the meal. These naturally thin people don’t know anything about diets, counting calories or any other shenanigans.
7. These thin people never overeat. They are appalled by overeating. They know it sucks their energy and bloats their stomachs. Yekk, the extreme discomfort prevents them from repeating the experience and reinforces the negative aspect of overeating. Average naturally thin people overeat less than two percent of the time.
Can you tell the difference in their mindset and actions?
You’ve learned that it’s not your genetics or luck; its not the quality or types of food that determines whether these thin individuals gain weight. Its about how they eat, when they eat, their connection with their body and the freedom to choose all types of foods.
So, now that you know all this, if you are considering losing weight, there is no time like the present and dieting isn’t necessary as the naturally thin don’t.
