It’s 5 am. and my alarm clock is crying out for me to wake up. I can’t believe it is already time to get up. I look around my room and frown at the fact it is still dark outside. I slowly sit up on the edge of my bed as my feet touch the cold floor as I ponder how I’m going to get myself ready and all the kids out the door by 7:15. Then I take a deep breath as I prepare myself for the task ahead. This probably sounds a lot like you day. Many of my friends feel the same way. We are always asking ourselves “how do we strike that balance between our careers and our families”. The solution seems to allude most of us. My answer came about a year ago while having lunch with my best friend. She was telling me about all the weight that she lost while on the HCG diet.
