I have been covering bits and pieces of Fatloss4idiots. Remember that you can lose up to 9 pounds in 11 days if you follow the diet correctly. This is the basic goal of this weight loss plan; however, there are some principles that you should remember before you buy this weight loss program.

The low fat or fat free rule of thumb: Read beyond the marketing and check the food label. Fat Loss 4 Idiots addresses the fact that just because a product is low in fat does not mean that it is low in calories or that it belongs on the menu. Often, the calories in a low fat product are very close to the calories in the full-fat version.

It is important to remember that diets high in saturated and trans fat can lead to a plethora of diseases; however, you can still gain weight if you eat too many calories. If you think that by eating the low-fat version, you are saving calories, you may be wrong. Many people eat more of the low fat version than they would if it was not low fat.
